ISO TS 16949 cerification

  1. ISO TS Certification in June-2005
  2. Established In house Tool Room with Design capabilities

In house Tool Room started

  1. Capacity increased with addition of
    1. 3 Die casting Machines
    2. 6 CNC machines
    3. Inspection equipments (VMS and DHM)
  2. Started working with TE, WABTEC, ABB and Walvoil

2010

Exports to 6 countries

  1. Tools export started
  2. CNC machining of casting parts and Bar Extrusion parts established for European Railways and Aerospace

2011

New plant established

  1. New plant establishedat new location for Die casting/Machining
  2. Additional machineries added
    1. 4 Die casting machines
    2. 8 CNC machines (4VMC+4TMC)
  3. Started working with Bosch, Autoliv, TRMN and Denso

2015

Capacity enhancement for Auto sector

  1. Major focus on Automotive especially safety seat belts, alternator parts
  2. Non-Auto focus on electrical and flow meters

2016

  1. Second plant under construction
  2. New set up for casting and machining
  3. Started working with GE, Shindengen

2018

  1. Added 2 Die Casting Machines (250 Ton)
  2. Added 2 Turning Center
  3. IATF 16949:2016 Certified
  4. Added CMM, Hanger type Shot Blasting Machine, CNC EDM Machine

2017

  1. ERP Implementation completed, gone live
  2. Focus on value addition with Sub Assembly of components started

2019

  1. Added 2 Die Casting Machines (125 Ton)
  2. Additional space for Machining and Secondary operations.
